Cake lover and founder Hiro Tamaki partnered in 2004 with award-winning Japanese chefs, Masahito Motohashi and protégé Seung Ho Jung to form a highly skilled culinary team of Japanese and American chefs. The result was a chain of six retail espresso & pastry shops, wedding cakes and catering, as well as wholesale partnerships in the California Silicon Valley and Honolulu, Hawaii areas. Satura Cakes specializes in a fusion of Japanese-European baking styles & ingredients to creating the best cakes, desserts, wedding cakes, cookies and pastries.
