- Due to extremely high demand orders, please order 2 days advance. but, If you visit offline SATURA store in Los Altos, you still can purchase all of available cakes/breads/cookies in the store.
- 10% discount is granted to orders placed online of $100+
- Cancellation and Change order policy
- Please note that we will not be able to issue a refund if you fail to cancel or change before 2 days. If you must cancel or change your order, we will require 2 days(PST time) advance notice before your pickup date.
ex) If you ordered on 01/05 and your pick up date is 01/08, you can cancel/change it until 01/06 23:59(PST time). but, you cannot cancel/change your order from 01/07 00:00(PST time) - Feel free to send email to change order (online@saturacakes.com)
